6. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item is defective upon delivery.
• The item is incomplete or missing parts.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

Refunds

• Goods purchased in good condition at our physical store are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before completing their purchase.
• Returns or exchanges will only be considered where a product has a manufacturing defect that could not reasonably have been detected at the time of purchase, subject to inspection by Mafmike Kitchen World.
